1. Shipping Areas
Frizogap is proud to serve customers in both the United States and Nigeria. We currently operate direct shipping routes to these two countries, ensuring that our products reach you no matter where you are located within these regions.
For customers in the United States, we deliver to all valid residential and business addresses across the mainland states. For customers in Nigeria, we also provide nationwide delivery, covering major cities as well as regional areas through our trusted logistics partners. This means whether you are in Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, or surrounding areas, your order will be safely delivered right to your address.
Please note, however, that at this time we do not support shipping to PO Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), or the overseas territories of the United States such as Puerto Rico and Guam.
2. Shipping Costs
At Frizogap, we aim to keep our shipping fees clear, fair, and affordable. For customers located within the United States, we apply a flat rate shipping fee of $4.99. In addition, to make shopping even more convenient, we offer free shipping for all U.S. orders over $89.00.
For customers in Nigeria, we also provide a straightforward shipping rate with no hidden charges. Every order shipped to Nigeria is subject to a flat shipping fee of $9.99, regardless of order size or location within the country. At this time, we do not offer free shipping to Nigeria.
Importantly, customers in both the United States and Nigeria can rest assured that no additional taxes, import duties, or customs clearance fees will be applied to their orders. The price you see at checkout is the final amount you pay, with no surprise charges upon delivery.
3. Processing & Delivery Time
To ensure a smooth and reliable shopping experience, every order goes through two main stages: processing and delivery.
First, once you place an order, our team begins preparing it for shipment. The processing time is typically 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). During this stage, your items are carefully packed, labeled, and made ready for the carrier. Orders placed before our daily cut-off time of 2:00 PM PST will begin processing on the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
After processing, the package enters the transit stage, which depends on the destination country. For shipments within the United States, the delivery time averages between 4–6 business days. For shipments to Nigeria, delivery takes slightly longer due to international logistics, averaging 10–12 business days from the date the order leaves our facility.
This timeline reflects our direct and active commitment to serving Nigerian customers, ensuring that your package travels safely across borders and arrives within a predictable window. From our warehouse to your doorstep—whether in California or Lagos—we work with trusted carriers to guarantee timely and secure delivery.
4. Delivery Example
To give you a clear picture of how our shipping process works, let’s walk through a scenario. Suppose you place an order on a Monday afternoon after 2:00 PM PST. Because this is past our daily cut-off time, your order will be processed on Tuesday. For customers in the United States, this means the package will typically arrive the following week, between Tuesday and Wednesday, depending on the carrier’s schedule. For our valued customers in Nigeria, delivery takes a little longer due to the international distance. After your order has been processed, you can expect it to arrive within 10 to 12 business days. This timeline reflects the real transit duration for Nigeria, and we have structured our logistics to ensure that your order is safely packed, dispatched promptly, and delivered as quickly as possible without additional customs or import delays.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email directly to your inbox. This email will contain both the official tracking number and a link that allows you to follow the progress of your package directly on the carrier’s tracking system. Whether you are based in the United States or Nigeria, this tracking system works in the same way. Please keep in mind that tracking details may take up to 24–48 hours to become fully visible after the email has been issued. This ensures that customers in both regions, including Nigeria, can see exactly where their order is and when to expect delivery, without any hidden steps or uncertainties.
6. Damaged or Lost Goods
We take great care to pack all products securely to minimize the risk of damage in transit, but issues may occasionally occur. If you receive an item that was damaged during shipping, please contact our support team within 72 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number and provide clear photos or videos showing the damage to the product as well as the shipping box. Our team will review the case promptly and offer a fair resolution, which may include sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
In rare cases, packages may be delayed or lost by the carrier. For orders shipped within the United States, if your package has not arrived after 14 business days and tracking has shown no updates for more than 7 days, we will begin an investigation. For orders shipped to Nigeria, we set a slightly longer window because of the international transit time. If your package has not arrived after 20 business days, and tracking has also been stagnant for more than 7 days, please notify us. In both situations, our team will work directly with the carrier to locate the package. If it is confirmed as lost, we will either reship the order or provide you with a full refund. This process ensures that customers in Nigeria, just like those in the U.S., are fully protected against shipping issues.
7. Order Cancellation
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind after placing an order. You may request a cancellation as long as the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Since we work quickly to prepare and dispatch products, we recommend submitting your cancellation request within 24 hours of placing your order. If your order has already been processed and handed over to the carrier, meaning a tracking number has been issued, unfortunately, we can no longer cancel the shipment. This applies to both domestic U.S. orders and international shipments to Nigeria. In such cases, you will need to follow our Return & Refund Policy after receiving the product. This policy ensures that even customers in Nigeria can manage their orders with the same flexibility and protection as our U.S. customers.
8. Refund & Returns
For customers who need to return an item, whether you are located in the United States or Nigeria, our process remains consistent and straightforward.
