1. General Conditions for Acceptance of Returns

To qualify for a return at Frizogap, customers must ensure that the product is sent back within 90 days from the date of receipt. We strictly enforce this return window to maintain fairness and clarity for all orders.

Because our products are primarily made from fabric, including shirts, hoodies, and other apparel, we can only accept returns if the item is in its original condition. This means the garment must not have been washed, worn, or altered in any way, and it must not show signs of damage caused by the customer. All original labels, size tags, and packaging must still be attached and included.

In addition, the product must be completely clean and free from any odors, sweat, deodorant marks, stains, pet hair, or any indication that it has been used. These requirements are important because once a fabric product has been worn or washed, its hygiene and resale value are compromised.

Finally, every return must be accompanied by a valid invoice or proof of purchase. Without this documentation, we are unable to process a return. If these conditions are not met, we cannot accept the return request.

2. Return Procedure by Case

A. Returns Due to Frizogap’s Fault

In cases where the error lies with us, we take full responsibility. This includes situations where the product arrives defective, damaged during shipping, or different from what was ordered — for example, if you received the wrong size, color, or model.

All types of apparel and accessories purchased directly from frizogap.com are covered under this policy. Customers in the United States will receive a prepaid return shipping label, making the process completely free. Customers in Nigeria are equally supported, as we will coordinate directly with our carriers to provide a return solution at no cost to you.

Once the returned product has been received, you may choose between two resolutions: a replacement with a brand-new product (subject to stock availability) or a full refund, which will also include the original shipping fee you paid when placing the order.

B. General Returns (Customer Request)

There are times when a product is in perfect condition, but you may no longer wish to keep it. For example, you may decide that the style does not suit you or you simply changed your mind. In such cases, the return is considered a customer-requested return.

This policy applies to all of our fabric-based products, such as shirts and other apparel, provided that they meet the conditions outlined in Section 1. The customer, however, is responsible for the shipping costs in this case.

For U.S. customers, you are free to choose any tracked courier service to return the package. For customers in Nigeria, due to international shipping requirements, you must use a tracked international courier to ensure the safe return of your product.

After our returns department receives the package, we will inspect the garment carefully. If it is confirmed to be in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition, we will process a refund equal to the value of the product. Please note that in general returns, the original shipping fee from your initial order will not be refunded.

3. Items Not Eligible for Return

There are certain products that we cannot accept for return, except in cases where the item is defective due to Frizogap’s error. This includes gift cards, which hold no resale or returnable value, and final sale items, which are clearly marked as such at the time of purchase and are considered non-returnable.

Additionally, any apparel that shows signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage caused by the customer is not eligible for return. This includes garments with stains, odors, deodorant marks, or fabric deterioration. Our strictness on this policy is necessary to maintain hygiene standards and ensure that every customer receives only brand-new products.

4. Return Process (Steps to Follow)

In your email, please include your order number and a clear explanation of the reason for return. If your return relates to a defective or damaged product, you must also provide clear photos or videos showing the problem with the item and the condition of the packaging. After you receive instructions, you must carefully pack the item. The apparel should be placed in its original packaging, with all tags and labels still attached. It must be unwashed, unworn, free of odors, stains, or any signs of use. We recommend using the original shipping box if possible, or a secure alternative with protective materials, to ensure the product reaches us in good condition. 5. Refund Timeline and Method

At Frizogap, we aim to process refunds fairly and quickly. Once the returned apparel has been received and inspected by our team, we will initiate the refund within 5 business days. The inspection step is crucial for clothing items, as we must confirm that the product has not been worn, washed, or damaged and that all original labels and packaging are intact.

Refunds will always be credited back to the original payment method you used at checkout, such as your credit card or PayPal account. We do not issue refunds in cash or by alternative methods, unless you specifically request store credit as an exception.
